Annual Lost Unicorn Photo Contest Winners!
Thank you to everyone who entered your pictures in the 5th Annual Lost Unicorn All Sim Photo Contest! We ended up with 88 total entries including those entered in world! This was the toughest contest to judge thus far as far as a final decision. Every single picture was special and I’m so happy to have so many new ones added to our Sim Flickr group!
Congratulations to the winners! The criteria was originality, creativity and showing the beauty of the sims. The judges felt your pictures incorporated all these things and I think they did a great job!
1st Place
A Place for Fae to Dream by Deva Westland….a little fae sitting mischievously upon a lantern within the beautiful and majestic forest…what better to show the magic and beauty of Lost Unicorn?
2nd Place
Unicorns From Afar by Skip Staheli.…a grouping of mythical unicorns within the forest, in the distance framed by giant trees, flowers and a lovely tree stump with resting birds…amazing composition, color and overall view of the forest.
3rd Place
Magical Quest by Jessamine N….the rising tower and beautiful elven bridge within the mist connecting two worlds, all with the perfect angle. All I can say is EPIC scene!

Last but not least, I’d like to mention Emery Leinhardt’s picture TWO WORLDS AS ONE. We gave it the Most Creative award for her incorporation of the underwater mermaid world with the above ground forest in one picture. Great job!

Annual Lost Unicorn All Sim Photo Contest!
The Lost Unicorn Gallery is holding its annual All Sim Photo Contest again this year! Take your pictures at any of the three adjoining sims in Lost Unicorn region! The contest will be judged based on creativity, originality and how well your picture shows the beauty of the sims. Here are the prizes:
1st Place: 10000L
2nd Place: 5000L
3rd Place: 3000L
Pictures must be taken at Lost Unicorn, Storybook or Faerie Tale sims (not including the rental area above Lost Unicorn).
You may submit up to 2 pictures.
Submit pictures by Monday, January 6.
You may submit them on a notecard in world to Natalie Montagne OR to the gallery/forest Flickr stream:
PLEASE LABEL ALL ENTRIES “CONTEST ENTRY”
If you do submit in world, be sure and put your avie’s full name on the notecard.
No nudity allowed.

5th Annual Christmas Extravaganza!
The Lost Unicorn Gallery is having it’s 5th Annual All Artist Christmas and Winter Exhibition Opening Event! Come join the wonderful festivities and at the same time purchase a picture or two for the cause! The artists have created many original unposted pictures within the theme all about animals 🙂 All lindens raised from artwork sales will be matched by the gallery and all funds will go to Friends of Animals, a non-profit animal advocacy organization.
While you are helping the cause, you can enjoy the music of DJ Feather from 12:30 to 2:30 and then at 3pm, ColeMarie Soleil will perform her amazing music with special effects show! We will also introduce our annual All Sim Photo Contest! Come dressed for the holidays and have a wonderful time 🙂
